Maciek Kaminski

Maciek G. Kaminski
Chairman / Chief Investment Officer

Mr. Kaminski is the Founder, Chairman and CIO of Wayzata Capital Management and has been solely dedicated to the management of the company since its inception. His knowledge of the global investment arena has helped clients for more than 25 years to accumulate and preserve wealth.

As a native of Poland, he brings a strong understanding of European culture and the growth that lies within the region's business environment. This unique economic perspective offers investors the chance to capitalize on this often overlooked and undervalued investment opportunity.

Prior to founding Wayzata Capital, Mr. Kaminski worked as an investment advisor for Piper Jaffray, before joining PaineWebber as Vice President in 1992. He has personally managed nearly $300 million in assets, including private accounts, mutual funds, alternative investments, Fortune 1000 company cash and retirement plans.

Robert Lada

President / Managing Director 

Mr. Lada is the President and Managing Director of Wayzata Capital Management. He is responsible for the operations of the company and its investment portfolios. He oversees the portfolio management and in-depth research of the investments within the European region. Mr. Lada has established working relationships with both corporate and government officials and travels frequently to the area to meet with them. Growing up in the region, and speaking the language, gives him personal access to key information and insight.

Mr. Lada holds a B.A. in Political Science from Hamline University. Prior to joining Wayzata Capital in 1998, he was a mutual funds analyst with Dain Rauscher in Minneapolis. He began his investment career in 1994 with GDN Securities, where he worked as an investment advisor.

Jadwiga Lewicki

Jadwiga Lewicki
Executive Assistant

Jadwiga Lewicki is an Executive Assistant at Wayzata Capital Management. She grew up in Poland and graduated from High School in 1997. From there she worked as a teller at a Credit Union in Minneapolis for 6 years then she spread her wings with Private Bank Minnesota for 1 year until she joined Wayzata Capital Management in July 2008. She currently lives in Columbia Heights, Minnesota and she has a 6-year-old son Noah.
